SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We pay shipping on all orders $70 and over. Shipping is via FedEx ground or US Postal Priority Mail. Orders under $70 pay $8.95 for ground shipping. This shipping policy is only applicable to purchases made in the Continental United States. Different shipping rates apply to Alaska & Hawaii shipments and will be shown at the checkout page.

Shipping is free on all orders. Packages take about 1 - 4 business days via USPS to the 48 US contiguous states. Other states and US territories may have slightly longer delivery times. During holidays or poor weather, packages may arrive within 4 - 7 business days.
Shipping Information
Any one or more of a few possible factors may affect the delivery time of your package. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee arrival dates or be held responsible for delays caused by (but not limited to) the weather or USPS issues. We ship packages on Monday - Saturday. USPS does not accept packages on Sunday and all observed holidays.
Note: You have 10 Days to report any missing or damaged items from your shipment, from the day of delivery of your package.
International Customers
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping is available to the US states and territories only. We apologize for the inconvenience.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 30 day return on most items from date of order shipment to return shipping date. We cannot accept returns on the following items once they have been opened (for sanitary reasons): straight razors, shears, combs, brushes, liquids, guards, etc. After 30 days please refer to the manufacturer's warranty. This information can be found on their website or in the packaging material. All merchandise has to be returned in original packaging and packed securely.
If requesting a refund and the product does not have a verifiable manufacturers defect, then a refund will be given with a 20% deduction for the restock fee and the shipping cost. If the product has been tampered with, the warranty will be void, an we will be unable to return or exchange the item. New Roots Barber Supply is not responsible for any lost packages that occurs when the item is being shipped back to us. All returns must be shipped through USPS.

Returned items must include a copy of the sales receipt and all original packaging, including warranty cards, instructions, and other materials. The merchandise and packaging must be in new condition. Returns must be packed inside a shipping carton with adequate packing materials.
All defective machines must be sent to the respective manufacturer for warranty service (Wahl, Andis, Babyliss, Oster, JRL, Gamma+/SC)
