FAQs

  • How quickly are my orders processed?
    We ship orders in the order they are received. Occasionally, we receive a large number of orders in a short period of time. If this occurs, your package may not ship immediately. We will however work to ship it quickly. In most cases your order ships within 2 business days. Should you request a product that is on backorder for more than 1 week we will contact by email to let you know when the product will be available. If your order is extremely time sensitive please call us and we will take of it for you.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, ApplePay, Visa Checkout, GooglePay, AmazonPay.
  • Are you open on the holidays?
    New Roots Barber Supply (Offices and Shipping) closes to observe the following National Holidays: New Year's Day, MLK, Memorial Day, 4th of July (Independence Day), Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Days.
  • How can I view the status of orders that have been placed?
    you can click on the My Accounts tab at the top of the page to log into your account. This page lists all your orders. If you did not create an account you can email or call us: customerservice@newrootsbabrbersupply.com or 1-(888) 211-7454.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    New Roots Babrber Supply is an E-commerce store with a large warehouse facility. We do not have a traditional brick and mortar store at this time.
  • How can I contact someone if I have a question?
    You can reach us by emailing us at customerservice@newrootsbarbersupply.com during our hours of operation Monday - Friday 9AM -5PM ET, and Saturdays 9am - 4pm.
